A few weeks back, I thought I could end my flat hunt when I saw this shamefully too good to be true flat on Gumtree. I popped ‘em an email, received the magic words “Western Union”, rolled my eyes and, before I could groan in disappointment, Fred James was calling me to squeeze some cash out of me… I picked up my camera and everything kinda just went from there.
